*Return & Exchange Policy - Al-Ayam Watches*

We want you to love your Al-Ayam watch.

*1. 7-Day Return Policy:* If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

*2. Conditions for Return:*

- Watch must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Please make an unboxing video when you receive the parcel, it is required for damaged claims.

*3. What is NOT Returnable:*
We do not accept returns if you changed your mind, or if the watch has scratches after use.

*4. How to Return:*
Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your Order Number and a video of the issue. We will arrange the return.

*5. Refund:* Once we receive the returned product, your refund / replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days.
